Woodline Apartments Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at Woodline Apartments. One well-behaved cat or dog may reside in one apartment; however, some exceptions may apply, at the discretion of management. Each tenant who wishes to keep a pet must pay a $50/month pet rent fee. Tenants may elect to pay a one-time $500 pet rent payment in leu of the monthly option. Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by the pet.

A full outline of our Pet Policy will be supplied and incorporated into the lease agreement, once a rental application has been processed and approved. Woodline Apartments requires all tenants wishing to bring pets into the community to read, understand, and abide by the rules outlined.
